Borg Holding Beam maybe useless?

You feel like a battlecruiser is too weak or a race too strong? Go ahead and discuss it here :)

The Scout cube is not crap... it is an Anti-Destroyer role vessel. It is meant so you can get rid of those small little things thanks to a torpedo that as a 100% hitchance. The Probe on the other hand is made purely for the sake of scouting... not fast enough to gun down other scouts like the Detector, but it has a fairly good sensor range. ;)

but the detector fullfills both roles, and with a lower prize and without a need for connections^^

Scion wrote:Very nice Optec, it really need some ajustments :D btw... will the next patch make some ships that curretly are crap more usefull, like the scoutcube and probe?

As far as I know, the Scout Cube, Adaptor and also Probe I think have some nice new features for the next patch :)

Oooo..... let me guess.... the scout cube has Adaption as its passive ability greatly reducing damage taken from most standard weapons? :P

Or the Probe, does it have the ability to upgrade with compact tactical Armor?

Does the Detector get a sensor range boost as well as a micro energy phaser?

@Dominus
Awww man! I had high hopes... :( :lol:

Oh well... I'll just wait... by the way... when's the release date Dominus? Can you let me in on it? I can keep secrets... mostly. :innocent:

Close Tyler, very close: hot cocoa :D

Hehe, release date :P Who said anything about release? Remember, it'll be done when it's done :)

I don't think the problem is whether you can keep secrets--it's whether I can with my big fat mouth  :lol:

I think it's pretty obvious. The team is going to need more time now to develop an Aardvark-style interface. It's THAT kind of outside-the-cube thinking that really makes the kind of difference people like to see in iterative content patches. Aardvark buttons FTW!
