Still having trouble with 1.2.4

I am still having a hell of a time trying to get 1.2.4 to work for me correctly..My modular stations refuse to build anymore than one station that doesn't use a stock name. If i try to build fyard and fyard2 it works perfectly fine..but if i try to build fyard8 and fyard9.. The game will build one of them..but not the other..I'm gettin frustrated. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

the feature should not be limited to stock stations. i have tested it in fleet operations where we have zero stock odfs and it was working fine. i assume its something else

make sure your new ODFs are not of the pod class label. the "one per ODF" rule is a feature for pods, not for research elements in general.
if thats fine remember to add new research-hard points because you can only have a limited number of research elements on a station (limited by the number of hard points given).

my station has six hardpoints for research of which i am trying to research two things...i want four but i can't even get two..my station has the #include research.odf line at the top and is armed with various phaser and torpedo weapons. what I am trying to build are shipyards that can repair and give my DS9 multiple repair points. I'll post my station and shipyard odfs.. maybe you can spot something wrong that I've missed.

they are exact duplicates of my "fyard" with the exception of build times, names, resource requirements, etc., which builds more than one..perfectly fine. I can't understand why it refuses to work right. I can build "fyard" and "fyard2" both of them with no problem. Its just all the other stuff. I put them in the techtrees double and triple check spelling. quotation mistakes everything. I just am at a total loss.

does the sod also have all the hardpoints listed as podHardpoints?

ok I tried it and it seamed to work for me all I had to do is get rid of the weapons but that is so I could build the station (hub) because I didn't have the weapon files I might have changed some other things but try it I renamed it because I already had that name set up and stuff but unless you give me every thing (sod techtree odfs) than their is nothing I can do odfs include weapon files and such

It absolutely has to be something else related to my files..because i can't build anything with custom names..i tried to build two of my defense platforms..i can build one..but i can't build a second one. So it can't be anything related to the shipyards themselves
It would seem that i am unable to build more than one custom named station with the same classlabel as another custom named station or stock station. I tried to build fyard and fedpod80 both have the shipyard classlabel. i was able to build one but not the other. I can however build two customnamed stations. i tried to build fdefplat and fedpod80 and both built with no problem can someone try and build two customnamed stations that have the same classlabel and let me know what happens. and then we can try to go ahead from there.

have you already tried building six cannon odfs, like fyard, fyard2, fturret and stuff? my guess is that the number of possible upgrades on your station is limited due to an hardpoint problem, thats why you can not build more.
custom named odfs work fine, we use it in the FO environment and there are no "stock odfs", armada2 can not differ between "stock odfs" and "custom odfs" either way.

It has nothing to do with hardpoints...as there are six available and im only trying to build two stations...try and build more than one custom odf that have the same classlabel..and see what happens.. build two antares shipyards from FO and see what happens.

i just tried it and it works perfectly to reserach 8 different yards which all have the same class label.
have you already tried researching 6 different stock stations at the same time? They have to be different odfs, of course.

try using my station that I built and see if you can build the custom stations with it if not than the problem is in your addon stations and not the hub that would help when looking for problems
