Resetting mission progress.

I would like to reset the missions progress so I can play them from the beginning and have the game track which one is next.

FO has no missions. Are you playing the Armada II mod?

I would like to reset the missions progress so I can play them from the beginning and have the game track which one is next.

If you're playing stock Armada II you have to go into the game's installation folder, then navigate into the save folder, and delete the file shell.set.

If you're playing Fleet Operations, or one of its mods, you ahve to go to users/{your computer name}/appdata/roaming/star trek armada II fleet operations/save and then delete the file shell.set.
