Patch Project Question

I noticed in the Project Progress page, one of the low priority tasks is "Fix an Armada 2 exploit".  Exactly what is this "exploit"?

Its a secret only known to a few enlightened ones.  If you are not initiated into the exploit club i cannot tell you.

The first rule of exploit club is you don't talk about .... oh bugger.

its an (multiplayer) exploit for a feature that is currently unused in fleet operations but present in stock armada 2. it is not widely known though. and yes, it's better to not talk about exploits openly before they aren't fixed. can get annoying if some assholes start using them in multiplayer

Armada II has quite a lot of exploits...though those who know keep them like a treasure. There was a clan called Dragon Blood Worriors [DBW] who had huge knowledge about it. Maybe the people are still there...somewhere in the net.

does fleetops respond to alt-f4 close window commands? i never actually tried it.

yes, you would drop from game and other team would have more players or other person in 1v1 would win
