Obital moon mod?

There was a orbital moon mod that let you build a obital dil mining station for moons a few years back,does anyone know where I mite find this mod.

Or know what files would need modding?

I'm getting tired of the freighters both mine and the AI running off on their own all the time.

At File Front there is a  Mod to Arm the Mining stations and allow them to build ships . However it is a A2 only  mod .the mod was an ODF hack  so you might go that route or port the  obbital  mining station from stock A2 . but you  would have to  tottally redo the  constructor ODFs's and other code to allow them to work. As for the miners running off  have you tried to set their  mobility to  the tightest  mode?

Well this is for A2.
I did try editing the AI files for the resource distance,it worked on Feds and Klings for the most part,but Roms and Card are still sending the freighters.

I'm also noticing that rather then colonize their own planets,they go after their teammates planet first.
