Importing Fleet-Ops ODF Commands to Stock STA2
Talk about anything related to old versions of Armada.

Buttons are irrelevant!
Would it be possible for someone to compile the replace weapon and module ODF commands into a DLL file or at least give me the code for those commands and let me compile it? If not either, can someone on the dev team show me how to make my own commands?

i dnt think its as easy as that otherwise it wouldda been done already. the devs had to rebuild a lot such as the save game engine and map stuff inorder for there stuff to work

Did you really say "rebuild"? What type of things had to be rebuilt and by any chace is there a way to actually find some codes that could possibly be adjusted like the ones governing the number of races or certain stations?

Thank you, so Star Trek Armada II can hold 16 races? I thought someone told me the max was 13, guess they were wrong, that's ok because I'm having an error in my game where I can't get past 9 races and 10 being "No Race".
Also Recently I've decided to make Species 8472 playable instead of not playable, this is because of the Armada III Concept Mod Species 8472 but after it was installed into my game, the game crashes when clicking on the Borg cube to get to the menu to set up an Instant Action game. I commented Species 8472 out of the Races.odf file and then I was able to click on the Borg Cube and actually start an Instant Action game but then my game fell vicitim to the other crashes. I know this crash was because of Species 8472 but I don't know what to do to fix it.
When I said stations, I have a few stations that I want to try making stay on the map no matter what by assigning them to the designation not race as their starting race. Is this possible?

npc stations and ships should be possible also i could be wrong about stock a2 max race i aint modded a2 for a long time. i would suggest that you try adding the concept 8472 bit by bit just incase there is an odf or folder structure error

Do you by any chance mean putting the files in manually because if that is the case, I did just that, I didn't let any file get overwritten except the Species 8472 files themselves. I just don't know what file is making the game crash before even setting up an Instant Action game.
I think this might be connected though, the other races after race #9 don't show up even though they were added. I mean with Species 8472 commented out and their ODF file edited with their race number commented out, the game gets to Instant Action just fine it just doesn't have the other additional races showing up, the Son'a and the Gorn.
On the thought of how many races that can be added to the game, I read somewhere that an Armada I mod actually was created that exceeded the specified limit of races and work just fine, and I beleive the amount was actually doubled about. I was wondering what files control the number of races that are allowed in the game?

I do have the Instant Action slot correct, I am having the same problem with the Son'a and the Gorn crashing the game if they have the .odf prefix in the races.odf folder, the game crashes before being able to even set up an Instant Action game, the crash happens the moment after clicking on the Borg Cube that gets you to the Instant Action menu. This is what happens with the Species 8472 race and it only occured for Species 8472 after adding the Armada III Concept Species 8472 mod. My game though wasn't stock then and also the game also isn't stock anymore with all the new races installed (including the: Dominion, Remans, Vulcans). I don't know why this is happening, but I have heard of some mods not working in a modded game and having to be worked on to fully make them work and compatable in another mod.
Could the problem be in any of the attached files? Note in the races.odf file, the sona and gorn have the .odf prefix out of their name. This allows me to keep them in the file uncommented out and the game doesn't crash when trying to start an Instant Action game, the only crashing problems are in game with the other crashing errors.
