All in one starbase

hi could the ability to make a starbase also a mining station, build/repair station and a trade station be possible (atm i have been able to make the starbase build, process resources and trade but it only accepts one item in build que and you do not get crew accumulation)

Starbase, shipyard (build & repair) & mining station are best for the average outpost. The addition of a 'Trade' option would be best only used on the Nor-type Starbase (like DS9).

starbases can already be mining stations, but the rest are interesting ideas, we will note them down
