1.2 Warpin

I was just wondering if the commands necessary for the current form of warp in are included in the patch project 1.2.  I wanted to make my own warp in feature in a stock game with 1.1, then 1.2 loaded into it, but I wasn't sure if the commands are in it.  Also, are the commands new (created by the fo team), or are they still using the stock premonition gate feature?

    It would be great if anyone would say if they have tried this before.  :sweatdrop:

Warp-in seems to have been adapted from the 8472 Gate, so you could probably get a basic, Warp-in style of feature even in stock.

I supose, and I might have to settle with that, but I was just hoping they had put the comands in the patch.  Thanks for the suggestion tho.

1.2.5 has still an old version of the replaceweapon that didn't have the warp-in feature at that time

ok ... does it work with the 3.0pr style warp in?

It doesn't have warp-in.

You can make a ship appear out of nowhere (which is what warp-in is, it's based on the replaceweapon, not the 8472 gate), but you can't make it appear at the edge of the map, warp across, and drop out of warp next to you.

Though there is still a lot of hope and use in the basic one on PP, if you use a bit of lateral thinking, you can get some really cool things to happen with it...
