Canceled TV Shows
Want to say something off topic? Something that has nothing to do with Trek? Post it here.

So, as many of you may or may not know i'm a big fan of bleach, but i found out last month that it will be entering its final story arc this summer , which really makes me sad, and angry. I don't like it when perfectly good tv shows like bleach get canceled for no good reason. What about you guys, have any favorate TV shows that have gotten ignorantly canceled?

Firefly and Crusade come to mind. It's more obscure but I was quite upset when they cancelled The Tick.

Bleach getting canceled?
Though i enjoy watching the show, it may be for the best.
Let's be honest, how many times can you introduce a new super villain which allows the main character to rise above itself?
With DBZ they make Goku a kid again, in Bleach the main character lost it's power and there was a X month gap.
Some of the shows keep getting aired past their expiry date.

Firefly was awesome, just glad Joss whedon managed to make the film (serenity) to wrap it up.
Was kinda getting in to the terminator series before it was cancelled. The stargate universe was finally getting before it was canned. Was a shame they had to rush the ending of atlantis, thou that was a good.

Firefly, SGU(was just getting good), ENT(ok ok, It might have needed to die, but I still enjoyed having new Srar trek every week) There are a few other obscure shows too, but I can't remember them.
Firefly might actually be coming back though. The guy who plays Malcolm Is trying to get the rights to the show so he can produce it again. He would still play Mal too.

Jericho comes to my mind. The second short season didn't get the attention that was needed to bring this great show to an end.
Enterprise was cancelled just after its first good season, very sad.

True True, but i was holding out hope that Aizen would come back, he is, after, only in prison, and immortal.

I dunno, got pretty decent the last two seasons :/
Well, Firefly definitely, would be nice to see a comeback, if Nathan Fillion is getting the rights to do so.

i liked the 3 stargate series. sg1 got a fair run, but the others didn't.
i never watched bleach, but it's been around a while, at least it got a fairly long run.
anyone remember threshold with brent spiner? i thought that earned a second series, a second try as it were. but nowadays the axe can fall even before the first series is over.

Two great series we won't see aain thanks to studio short sightedness:
Space Above and Beyond
Defying Gravity
Both great series cut down after just one excellent season (defying Gravity was a slow burn and I didn't like it at first but I got ill and hadn't cancelled the PVR) It should have been grey's anatomy in space for girls and Lostin space for boys
The problem is that the space shows we love just cost more - which is a big reason to cancell even when they are doing as well as something easier in the ratings.

I was sad about the way they ended atlantis.... it was unfinished and deserved better, the finale was pretty epic but they still left the story unfinished and that was a real kick in the teeth. Similer issue with universe.
Altho farscape was finished i still wanted more, it was great but at this point i think they are moving on a bit (the actors) and with dargo dead after the peacekeeper wars it hasnt left a real opening story wise.
If a new startrek series or film isn't released soon im afraid scifi maybe dead for me. Kinda feels like when you have reached that age where the grown ups tell you that you cant play with your teddy anymore and you realize times are changing

One of the best shows of all time to be cancelled far too early....CHUCK. I miss Chuck Bartowski so much...and the weekly groans of Colonel John Casey (Adam Baldwin).
