Question: Hardcore Gaming Setups

Does anyone here have a hardcore gaming setup? Something along the lines of having one or more of these-type items to gain some sort of strategic advantage (like being able to push one button instead of four in a two-by-two sequence to say, cloak and repair) over the opposition?

PS: I had an X52 that I used to use for that, but it broke. Not that it did me much good anyways. By the time I realized what was going on it was too late to do anything about it.

I have a mouse with macro functions for the side buttons. it's not hardcore, it only cost 25 quid.

but when i last played i used the side buttons for cloak and priority repair.

It depends heavily on the game you want to play.

If the answer is FPS or (most) RTS it will become a huge disadvantage - as an example.
