hey

when i click on the desktop shortcut for fleet ops it loads up the map editor and when i load the map editor it laods the game. I reinstalled the game but the same thing happend

can u help me?

yeah just replace the icons and rename them, then u be fine,
i know its not hte best solution but it will work,


alternativly


Go into the properties of the shortcuts and use "find target" to tell the shortcut what .exe to run

you could try using the experimental version of fleetops.exe provided in this thread http://forum.fleetops.net/index.php?showtopic=805

mdcobbin: just out of curiosity did you install fleetops to a nonstandard directory?

I had this same problem but I corrected it by unistalling everything(including a2) and then reinstalling fleetops in the folder which is specified by the installer.
