programs freeing up ram may unload files that fleet operations requires. if that problem persists with this program, try to use another memory manager like  O&O CleverCache
But what i see from your system specs you don't require such programs anyway, it's more for ppl who like to use 128mb with windows 2k/xp or often use memory hungry applications which won't unload probably.
