why arnt the galaxie and nebula and other new ship set as a standered buildable unit??? is it because they are defined as battleships?

is there a chance thet the future enterprise D might be made just for fun???
(maybe as a 5 star ship only allowing 2 to be built?)

The Galaxy and Nebula Class vessels are quite old and their production have been stoped after the dominion war. The Steamrunner and Descent Class vessels only exist in low numbers. Therefore this 4 vessels are to warpin from existing fleets and not to be build by your regular yards.
The Descent Class is the most powerful Federation vessel availible in Fleet Operations. There won't be a Galaxy X-refit in the near future. Maybe as an Non Player unit.

thx for the reply. what about a old construction that can specalise in the older ships, nebula, constilation, miranda, enterprice B,C hehe its just a idea. i love the older ship designes, yours are good too dont get me wrong but the look of the Enter price c was nice,  any hoot good mod guys

There will be a few other tilesets for maps besides the current "space" tileset. One of them is named scrap yard, where you can find derelict vessels and other space objects, perhaps there you will find your ambassador class and stuff ;-) *just spoiling*
