You have been told, TMP ships WILL be in the game in a scrapyard environment on one or two maps, which you can board.
Oh yes, and it wasnt the Excelsiors as such which were fitted with the quick-fire phasers, it was the Excelsior Refits [Ent-B]. They were designed for that use.

Yes but over a hundred and 20 ships got the Enterprise refit or the Excelsior Enterprise subtype. Accounting for around a 4th of the Excelsior class made. I will continue to say whatever I want to Atlantis and there isnt much you can do about it. These are forums made for discussion and if I keep one alive for a year then I will do it as I see fit. If I get banned for doing it then so be it. I've asked most of what I want to ask.

Dude, people would rather have a new cool lookin saber class ships as a distraction rather than old rust buckets (no offense intended) If they were in some sort of scrap pile with other old ships that would be great.

I believe there was offense intended in that remark or else you would'nt have called them rustbuckets. It is of course your opinion that they be in some sort of junkyard or scrap pile that would placed conveniantly near your base but thats not very believable. Also it's you opinion that a Saber class looks better then all the older ships. Perhaps I would rather have a Miranda or an Oberth. Frankly i'm getting tired of defending ships on this forum but i'll continue to out of spite if I have to.

U think 5 people disliking ur idea is an atrocity. I've delt with say 100 people hating an idea and... I don't want to discuss that right now, or EVER. Now stop playing this, oh pity me for I have been denied my dang over repeated redundant request, oh pity me. Most people just don't like TMP ships, the more you rant and rave about them, the worse this will get, now please stop derailing threads, and yes there are things they can do about it

i really like his idea with these lil "cheap" ships... that means more ships an variations of fleets, refits and everything...
i would like to see, refits on borg ships as well... like the old sphere and the prime refit version.. or the older birds from the romulans..
i know they would be canonfodder later in the game, but they could cover ur ass when ur in a need of fast defense.

How did this thread get into a tmp ship argument? Also, why would u want tmp ships when u can have better ships that arent falling apart, the only reason why they where sued in the dominion war was beacuse the federation needed as many ships as posible and they where cannon fodder considering that the cost to refit them to be liek new ships would be astronomical and it would be cheaper just to make new ships, i wouldent mind having a few tmp ships here or there from a scrap yard, but the only tmp ship i would like as a buildable ship would be the excelsior, Lakota Refit.
