I have a question that could be very important. Will Beta 2 maps work in Beta 3 without being modified? Not exactly a technical problem but it could be in the future.

yep, they will work, but of course they will lack special b3 stuff..
well ok in b3 are no giant map changes, so you can live with it Smiley
all maps included with Fleet Operations will be updated
