Trust me on this, it bores you to death. Armada I is only supposed ot have a handful of ships (32 max) in order to actually eliminate a player. but with Milienium project, you need at least 100!!!!!!!

The best mod I've seen for A2 is ST vs SW II, multi targeting, star wars, fighters, and bad ass star trek ships with all the bells and whistles we wanted. I'm sure its just as good for A1 even tho I've never played it.

About the Mellenium Project thing... No you don't. Just build lots of HWPs next to the AI base. Their long-range torps do the rest. Once most of the enemy base is gone, send in a fleet and blow them out of existence. And besidesd, in original A1 I had way more than 32 Ships. Over 100 on a good game, 80 on a bad game.

And the A1 STvsSW mod crashes my computer.

I think B5 sux, the ONLY Sci-Fi show I don't wany any part of...off topic but this is small talk. I did play a B5 mod for A2 when I got bored so 'm sure theres one somewhere for A1.

You want a good A1 mod? Wait a few months. Phantom is in the later stages of producing Future Tense, a mod which add in LOTS of new features (even Warp, Saucer Separation, et al). Keep your eyes open for this beauty Smiley
