My shipyard is here     A

Ally shipyard is there   B

Enemy Fleet is near ally shipyard   C

My Fleet is here  D

A-----------------------------------D-------C--------B

I hit R button, and my fleet go to their demise.

I was wondering if it is possible so that when you hit the r button your ships only go to your own shipyard when ally repair is researched, and/or ally repair has a limit range so that your ships have to be near their shipyard to repair..

Ships go to the nearest yard, and only going to your own yard defeats the point of Ally Repair. Just manually tell them to move closer to your base, before hitting R.

Lol Arash, consider that perhaps your opponent put themselves in that position on PURPOSE.  Maybe they wanted to cause you extra trouble and time spent micro-ing as a tactic.

Solution to your problem:  Send that ship back to your base manually, remove it from your fleet, and re-assign the fleet number without it.  Boom.  No orders given to that ship.

Can't have the game do everything for you now can we?  Cheesy
