The Star Trek Universe would actually make it.

Why?
Battlestars: No shields. Cannonfodder for Klingons.
B-5: Also no shields. The Borg would try to assimilate the Vorlons and the Shadows and would get screwed again, the federation in every situation would stomp on the first directive until noone is left anymore but one of the B-5 - factions or something and only then they would intervean Cheesy

Dr. Who? Xenophobic guy who is obsessed of saving Earth while Vulcans, Boleans and all other fed-members already live on it will probably go into arrest for attacking some of them.

Star Wars? Didn't Worf once pointificate LASERS are not even a threat to the shields? Tongue

They would just ignore the X-wings, Ties and other things trying to attack them. "Oh look, it's the Enterprise. Surrounded by hundreds of Ties again, man I feel sorry for Picard's nerves..."

All B5 ships do have shields. Called energydefencefields or they have gravimetric shields (all minbarivessels) the shield of the whitestar will dispers the energy of any weapon that hits all over the shield. Just the kinetic energy will hit the bioarmor. You will need more energy then the whitestarshild can use to destroy the ship. And the ship is big as an galaxiclass and they come in huge numbers like b'rels. Wink
And the Vorlons are living energy. They can't be assimilatet. The ships, like the ones of the shadows, are living beeings. Like the ships of 8472 (the first thing I thought seeing them was "a shadow!"). Because they are an realy old specie, it is posible that they are immune to nanoporbes. They do use them themselve.
Only looking at the W of the weapons, B5ships could vaporise Borgcube. But B5 was always bigger in all numbers then Star Trek Wink

And Star Trek torps would be useless, because they would been shoot down before they reach the target.

Well, I would stand up a little more for Doctor Who! I mean check out the Daleks! They could destroy massive groups of ships in an incredibly short amount of time! They also have numbers...they did obliterate Gallifrey after all! Then again, what about the Time Lords? I think they would kill everybody. I mean, shields and armor have no effect on being permantly erased from the timeline by a war TARDIS...not to mention their temporal, and exotic super weapons. Attacks would be thwarted by their transduction barrier, and are capable of conjuring black holes at the flip of a switch...I think there is a big chance in their favor!

More on B5 side.

They could call the First Ones, including Lorien, the First. That at the very least will cancel the Q. ALL the continuum.

The Vorlons and the Shadows were the youngest of the First Ones. Still, against the Trek ships, they won't need much to bring them to their knees. Shadow vessels use telepaths as C&C systems. The headache would make Deanna Troi a crying mess.

Black Omegas use their telepathic abilities in combat too. Hard to surprise someone that reads your mind.

I'm not sure what a Mass Driver would do to a ST starship, but I wouldn't stay to see what happens after seeing what they did to Narn.

The White Stars are NOT as big as galaxies. Still, I'd bet my money on one of them in a 1 vs 1 against a Galaxy. Or a NegVa'r or a D'deridex, for that matter.

Terran Destroyers are basically crap. They wouldn't stand a chance even against a Runabout.

If one Mimbari Battle Cruiser appeared suddenly, I'd do a 180 turn, unless I was riding say, a Sovie, a Tavara or something in that league.

Most of the ship designs of the Alliance member races, are marginally better than the Terran Destroyer. Discounting the Mimbari, of course.

The Excalibur... Well... That's one tough cookie. Still, I doubt it would stand a chance against the Borg.

Still, canon Borg are excessively powerful. Voyager is the Chuck Norris of the Borg, I'm not including it in my "equations".

Yes, I thought the Galaxy is somehow smaler. But her length is 700m while the whitstar is around 475m, like a Nebula. But the betts are realy good for the Whitestar.
But Terrand Destroyers are not that bad. Up to Omega, yes. OmegaX, maybe. But a Warlock can fight a Mimbari Battle Cruiser in 1on1. It is just slightly weaker (while 5 or 6 Omegas maybe could disable a Sharlin) . And just Centauriships are near Mimbari or the latest Earthvessels. All the other ships are mostly crap. Exept the first ones. They destroy planets in one shot like 8472 or make them a dustball in space.
And the Victory Class (Excalibur), it would be intresting to see how the mainweapon would work against borgships. But there is this big disadvantage of beeing 60s without energy for weapons and defence after using it. rolleyes
