So does that mean the stats (not the actual damage) will see a change? For some reason I just don't see the mixed tech Leahval having an offense of 22 when it can level destroyers and cruisers about 1.5 times faster than a beam based Leahval with offense 23  . Or was that correct as well?

I'm guessing with torpedoes doing 9 damage instead the numbers will be more accurate.

Personally a ship this good would be for Borg Mixed tech. After all the Borg mixed tech should be somewhat 'perfected' versions of the designs since the Borg are all about 'perfection'. Wink
