Hello All.

I've been playing Fleet Ops for about a month now and have enjoyed it thouroughly.  As funny as it may seem I took a tremendous liking to The Borg and the Federation and really didnt' explore playing with the other species for quite some time. Then I decied to give the Noxter a try. They are by far my favorite, but I notice that when playing with them the program quits unexpectantly. Whats more intersting is the fleet ops icon is left in my system tray and the fleet ops mouse pointers and "I" beams are still engaged.

My system specs are as follows.

ASUS Mother Board
Intel Celeron 2.4Ghz Processor
512 DDR 2700 memory
80 gig hd (with only 10 percent used)
nVidia fx 5200 128meg video card
Direct X 9.0b

The behaviour seems to be random, but upon closer inspection it appears that this happens when ever you go to the gaming menus after playing with the species. It happened a couple of times when hitting escape to get to the save menu and also happend a couple of times when the game was over and I was going to start another game. Also I haven't tried this game in multiplayer this has all been playing againts the computer.

Thanks for any info.

well they are a very complicated matter and they don't realy fit in the new balancing system, so they will need massive modifications. they will be less 8472 like - i don't want to create a second 8472 race, thats nonsense Smiley

NICE, and yes it is noncense as the original 8472 was to complicated and was hard to start a game with.
