Dominion (either avatar) + Cardassians = Not likely. Adding a Cardassian Construction ship that anyone can use to build it, maybe.

I like the Idea Of Terrock Nor type stations. Any way that the FO staff could add it to the "Official Patches" comming out as a  NPC map object? Its special ability could be  the ability to move to  any spot on the map ,like the  Noxter mother of  the  FO of old. While the station is in transit sheilds and  weaponds are off line for balance.

The Cardassians have already been stated to be a maor NPC faction, the Nor-type starbase would naturally be included.

Not moving though, that's just plain wrong for a space station.

Hm, i copied the files to the correct paths and edit the Dynamic_Localized_Strings.h correct, but when i set the station in the editor i only see an 3D rotating "error". Works this Mod correctly?

Models for stock need the sprite file in order to show up in FO.

U can just copy over vainillas lights and emiters sprite files then go to fleetops master sprite file and use the include command for it to include those two sprite files. sorry if thats kinda vague but I did that a long time ago and have never had any problems with porting anything for vannila into FlOps.

But terak nor (DS9) was not a star base... it was a mining station.

The feds just out fitted it with heavy weapons and advanced shielding because it was the only station near the wormhole.

Terok Nor was a Starbase that was capable of multi-tasking, like any Starbase its size probably was.

It processed ore (which it didn't mine itself), it was a heavily armed command centre for the occupation, it worked as a resupply outpost and (going by the civilian businesses) dealt with commerce in the sector.
