I am sure u already know this but fleet ops has some issues online. It had smooth animation most of the time but the ships had a strange jerky motion on a friends pc and its not because his computer or modems to slow . Is this due to it being a beta version? And if so is it an incompatibility issue or something else. Could you search for the cause of this please and try to correct it?
