This doesnt realy fit into the posibilities of the engines... your making this with the starship factor not the planet factor... starship facttor is having starships with people on them. planet factor is having planets with people on them and fleets commanded by a pc.
... A small federation force aided by a famous romulan fighter pilot with tal shiar ties is sent to stop these attacks ...

We want people to not want to be in starfleet or the kligons defence forces or what ever, cuz than every one will want a fleet and stuff... the action cant be all for the major factions, therez still the other players so the storry line will have to change a bit.

eh? Were having a small group of the first people on task force if they want to with anyone else who wants to help controlling 1 ship at DS9

klingons will be only in ds9 and the romulan pilot is just me
