here is the second error i get

Armada2.tgt - Bad Image

the application or DLL c:\program files\Activison\Startrek fleet operations\MSVCP60.DLL is not a valid windows image. please check this against you installation diskette.

No matter what the game wont detect my cd

it was Armada2 1.1 Clean

try without using a preinstalled armada pls.
