Awhile back I had mentioned a little problem in my sound.  I now know what sound it is.   It is the sound that a shipyard makes when it is decomissioning a ship.  On my computer when I do that, the sound will not stop even after the ship is totaly gone.   It will fade in and out depending where on the map I am, but the closer I get to the shipyard that started it, the louder the sound is.   Is this something that any of you have encountered?
