can there be a pluggin made for the later versions of max to export sod files or an exporter for ms3d that allows animation

the patch project is not about file importers/exporters for the sod format but to improve armada itself. the sod milkshape plugin available is open sourced, someone with programming experience should be able to accomplish your request
