i'm having trouble with my ac, and the manager here says there's no parts to fix it, so she's just dragging her feet as usual. with this dam heat my computer is in near meltdown status (i can almost smell burning plastic), so i fear i need to shut it down before it shut's itself down... permeantly. so i might not be around for a few days to a week, until this is fixed. so hope to see you soon. later

Sorry to hear that bud, have you tried one of those computer coolers (the things that elevate your laptop if it's one of those, or the heavy duty fans for a desktop... if you are willing to shell out the dough Azn)

Well you have rights look them up even if you cant apply them here it will be good to know. In the USA you do have the rights when it comes to have a heathy enverment witch includes the AC. If she is in violation 1st I would recommend bringing it to here awareness in a way that is clear and can not be misunderstood.

If she dose not comply with the laws threaten to take action and set a date in witch you will take action with out side services.

the ac's back on again, has been for a few days but i've been sick as a dog for about a day longer than that. so i won't be on as much but i'll be somewhat active.

oh, & the manager is pulling every $ she can from the complex & sending it into her personal account, the actual owner should fire her & have the cops charge her with fraud, or something. Well anyway after i got nearly 40 residents to call and tell her that according to arizona law, in our rent contract we pay for air conditioning so if it can't be provided, they are obligated to put us in hotel rooms that do have air conditioning on the complex’s coin, 2 hours later it's back on after 4 or 5 days of bs. neat huh?
