yeah you get a copy of XP and stick the disk in your drive, then reset your pc, when it asks where you want to install it to you select you vista drive and you wipe it (Format) and install XP

it will be when you are installing xp, it will ask you where do you want to install to selece your vista harddrive (useually C:) and then follow the instructions one of them will be a question asking do you want to format.

Keep in mind neither FO nor Vanilla are designed to run on QuadCore... almost no games are actually...

I'm gonna wait for quantum computers  ...I guess I'll be waiting a few more years though

i dont have Quad Core computer i have a dual core. im pissed that i spent money on a good computer and i cant play one of my fav games on it.

Well... is FO installed in you program files, or in your my documents? UAC from vista can cause problems if it's installed in your program files. The quadcore comment was directed at the others actually 

Since you are using vista, did you install it in the method suggested on the first page of the Vista Betafix thread?

yah, and have you installed on a friends computer (XP) then copied and pasted it over on  memory stick etc?

do you have a load of driver dude your going to struggle with this, you might want to consalt a techy friend or your local pc shop else you could end up screwing your computer with no way to sort it ( eg not the right xp modem driver means no interweb)

yeah ill try i hope i can figure something out. i just dont get why the graphics slow down on this comp when i have enough ram and a good enough graphics card?
