Before you start posting a new thread:

• Check to make sure you use the latest version of Fleet Operations with the latest Hotfix/Patch
• Check to make sure all your drivers for your PC are up-to-date and see if the issue occours after you updated
• Check if somebody else had a similar problem before in an older thread - use the search function
  • If you found somebody in a similar situation try the suggestions in that thread. If they didn't work, then post in the thread you found where someone was experiencing similar problems.

How should a new topic title look
Don't just have, 'Help Please' or something along those lines. A helpful way to identify things is having a topic heading such as this:

B2:Network - can't connect to other games
or
B1.1:Gaming - Federation AI stops working

So a topic title consists of

• Your Version of Fleet Operations, don't include Patch version's here! example, if you use Beta 1.1 write B1.1
• A main title where appropriate so that users and we can easily make out what the problem is all about. A few examples:
  • Install
  • Gaming
  • Crash
  • Graphic
  • Network
  • Launcher
  • Map Editor
  • Map Manager
    etc...
• A more detailed description of the Bug of Issue you found

What to include in a new topic

• The problem.
• Steps you've tried to correct the problem.
• Steps to reproduce the problem.
• Your OS (Operating System)
• What CPU (Processor) your computer has
• How much RAM (memory) your computer has
• What Graphic Card your computer has
• Any other Specs about your PC which you believe should be noted, eg: Dual Monitors, display adaptor has no further driver updates, etc.
• Any other Programs that you believe may be the cause.
• Be polite, even if the problem is annoying and frustrating you.
• The version of Fleet Operations and which hotfixes/patches you've applied.
• Screenshots where appropriate.
