BORG 4 OF 19: connection to collective lost, tracing connection fault.

***Borg 4 of 19 follows cable to sauce of fault***

BORG 4 OF 19: sauce of fault found, a small earth rodent has eaten our cable.

***Borg 4 of 19 gets on the phone to the exterminators***

I think that the cybermen would make good Borg Allies.

I'd much rather see borg + necron

I think TNG and First Contact let the Borg look like as they should... but I couldn't get familiar with the Queen... before, there was an immense Threat from One Mind made of hundreds of millions and more... and now? The Borg are just a bunch of Slaves devoted to a Psychotic Domina with a World- or better Universedomination fantasy...

The First Contact queen was better than the Voyager one (like everything Borg). I really want to know how ST:Voyager turned the greatest and most devestating force for evil into such a joke.

It also ruined the idea of the Borg not negotiating.

With necron though, the Borg would be destroyed (they have organic bodies remember?)

Unless they were converted into Pariahs that is...

We are the Borg. Lower your shields and surrender your ships. We will add your biological and technological distinctiveness to our own. Your culture will adapt to service us. Strength is irrelevant, resistance is futile.

WH40k vs. Star Trek would certainly be another interesting discussion.
I think the necrons are perhaps a little more fearsome than the borg...it's hard to say
