B2:Graphic - Missing Textures

The Borg, Noxter, Romulan and Klingon races have GUI textures missing. The graphical bit around the minimap display is missing, and is slowing down the game, resulting in crashes. At this rate, I can only play as the Federation...

Am I the only one with this problem? I've installed (in this order) Fleet Ops 2.0, Hotfix, Multimedia.

welcome to the forums!

have you tried using to use the map edit mode somedays? the 'missing' map edit frame is a special mode for map editing so that when you save maps no unwanted remains of the gui come to the minimap preview. have you used the fleetops.exe to start fleetoperations or have you tried something different?
