Yes, everyone is invited  LOL
Important: Vista users, report back! EVEN if everything is working
1.2.5 should show up in your options dialog if everything worked fine

edit: now offline. get the final version instead
Star Trek Armada II: Fleet Operations - Star Trek Armada II: Patch Project 1.2.5 released!

Remember: this is not the final version of 1.2.5. if you are trying to use the autoupdater it won't report the final version once it is released

1.2.5 "changelog"
- speed optimations
- code based on the latest fleet operations dev build
- ALL armada files are now left untouched (installer reverts your files if you already had a previous installation of PP). you are running your UNMODIFIED armada2.exe. no loader anymore.
- replaceweapon

Modding features list

Thanks for the (beta) update Smiley

No crashes so far, options dialog reports version 1.2.5 correctly, but the nice galaxy exe icon has been replaced with the original icon.

Performance seems to be a little smoother on my custom 35.000 * 35.000 maps. I'm running A2 on a XP pro machine.

the replaceweapon works great. no crashes. however. I have a few odd things to report. after applying the patch my SOD viewer no longer works..crashes immediately. no big deal though. When i click the options menu to check if it sees 1.2.5 the previous menu button doesn't work. it doesn't take me back to the main menu nor and i escape. i have to ctrl+alt+del and force the program to close down. when i did get into a game. I separate the prometheus. but it doesn't let me move either of the three parts. it seems the gap between the three is too small probably related to the positioning thing you mentioned Doca. I then click the reintegrate button and then click stop right away and i can move them about. Reintegration can be done with the fusion weapon just as easily

ah yes, i know why the viewer crashes, forgot about that Wink
i will check the previous menu thing

right, the icon is the old one again, however that is by design as 1.2.5 works entirely without exe loader

don't forget about the ship parts not moving thing. see if changing the positions of the separated parts makes a difference
