hi everyone, i have been working on a small mod for FO, mianly for what was discussed in this thread...

Star Trek Armada II: Fleet Operations - Battleships - Are they really worth it?

i have changed the fed to have a few multi targetting ships and require someone to play agaisnt me online to see how it balances out, to see if it stops russhing of monsoons and sabres and gets people building a small but better fleets... the outposts still need a bit of beefing up which i need to work on...

this is onyl a interm thign while FO Team make their amazing V3 final...

checking it can be progressive so its ok if you cant do it tonight, it would be ncie to have one or two testers to get different opinions...

interms of modding the mod, from what i understand as long as i give credit where it is due and dont try to benefit from their work im allowed to, though end descision comes down to them obviosuly in terms of it being released.

oh, ok. About the modding thing, I wasn't trying to point out yur doing something bad or nything, just wondering. Ya, if you're looking for some1 to just kinda test it out, I'd be happy to...later this week or next week. I don't know anything about coding, though, so I'm not helpful in that regard...

Sorry I live in Australia right now and have wired times to play with you. When you are sleeping I have free time or have to work. I would be pleased to see the files in my email account, I'll report my experiences after playing in single player. I think I have enough experiences in multiplayer to see in singleplayer how it would behave when playing with you over net.
