Maybe I'm the only one getting these small set backs, I must have an odd internet or something

Anyway, Whenever I try to use the quick reply (haven't tried normal reply) I'll get several errors, either that I've already posted from this IP, or that I have posted it, and I would just be posting whatever I wrote twice, but whenever I go to look at the topic, I haven't actually posted anyone know what is up.

And I'm assuming that if you are reading this that I can make new threads.. This was in the suggestions board by the way.
