If you have taken a closer look at our Project Progress page in the last days you might have noticed that many Borg todos have vanished. Time for a little update on our most famous cyborgs along with some screen shots fresh from the dev version. Borg GalleryHappy assimilating!

Thanks for the images. I am very happy to see so much thought and effort devoted to the collective. FleetOps will definately have the best rendition of the Borg!

looking forward to the borg. Would not object if the Cardassians were also part of the game, maybe with the Gorn as guest races with the cardassian main race, like the breen are with the dominion in v3. In any case the game's graphics are really cool. Everything that one would expect with a next gen Star Trek strategy game. GREAT JOB GUYS!. Cheers! One suggestion though. It would be better to have the canon races as mainstay choosable races before including the more obscure ones like noxeter or caldonian. Also, the maps are excellent. As per the list of todo things, the one missing thing - DERELICTS will hopefully be added. I would like the starbases to be a little stronger - maybe 6 disruptors for roms/4 or 5 rays for dom of feds or klings - all those resources for constructing one, and yet it does not do much to retaliate against an attack -think DS9 against the klingon or dominion/cardassian fleets. Other than that I'm happy Posted on: September 11, 2007, 04:15:48 pm
Also, almost forgot. The dominion super cruiser would be a nice addition - thenone from DS9 Valiant(with the appropriate size in relation to the warbirds). Posted on: September 11, 2007, 04:19:02 pm
oh. Btw - the mixed tech feature when taking over another race's construction ship - Brilliant! Would be interesting if the borg assimilation of such ships would create similar hybrids (maybe to a higher degree given the borg's ability to add distinctiveness to their own)

Yes! For the first time ever the Borg are actually looking like the Borg. I'm really loving the station designs too; very unimatrix-esque. It makes me wonder why the other races still bother to fight. Do i have to spell it out for them... ...RESISTANCE IS FUTILE!

The Gorn actually have a treaty with the Federation, and if you read a book (considered Cannon) it discusses a pending alliance. The Gorn Hegemony might join the Federation.
