Where's the n00b?

I get an error message that's really baffling me

Cannot create file C:\Program Files\Activision\Star Trek Armada II Fleet Oprerations\sounds\music\Borg.wav The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

That's when installing a clean FO 3PR

I keep Clicking ok, but it keeps popping up. What am I doing wrong?

I got the same darn error message on my freaking vista home premium laptop yesterday!!!! aargh!!!

Any way to resolve it other than porting it over from xp? (my old comp doesn't really like me: I guess it feels left out now...)
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry for the double post, but I'm copying ALL the files now, and I was wondering, what files am I supposed to copy to succesfully run the game. Armada II is already installed on the fresh comp.

No right now I`m in Australia doing a practical course for my studies. Last week I bought me a new laptop with Vista on it. Now that I'm not at my machine at home there is no way to get FO working. I guess I have to wait until DC is back from vacation. I can live with that....    ...NO I CANT!!!

At least FO! Even Master of Orion 2 doesn't work! I hate you Vista! Really I hate you sooo much!!!!!

I also have this issue, and am running Vista Ultimate(Fully up to date).

Anyone have a fix for this, other than installing on an XP machine and transferring it over? UAC is currently disabled.

Thanks.

edit: Alright, going to just install it on my local webserver that I use for testing (Its running XP Pro SP2), and will just transfer the files back via FTP.
