what the rnib have done is they have made it iligal for websites in the uk illigal if they are not assible to blind or parshley sighted (they have softwear that tell them what is on the page.) and if pictures don't have captions you can get done if the site is run under english law and from what i hear europe (asushall) is going to be copeing the uk. i just thought you should know so u can prepare for it if germany changes it's law

o another thing they said as well is if there are flashing lights you should beable to stop them i had a look on c0t 0s6's avatra and you can not stop it!

i am not gonna change something on the site because of that, first of all the law hasn't passed here and second, which blind man is going to visit an armada 2 mod site?

I made something similar once, but it was a full size, 1024x768 wallpaper.  Not only did it kill my brain cells, it killed my moniter also!
