It's a pretty well done CGI model, and well animated too.  Honestly, it's within the realm of possibility that this actually is a leaked CGI sequence from Trek 11, and if it is, it does two things: First, it wells up hope inside of me that maybe they can manage to make TOS style Trek relevant without desecrating it, but then I recognize that that would mean that they are actually doing in in the TOS era, which I generally regard as an unacceptable gamble with the very soul of Star Trek.

hmmm....it may have been just me but that ship seamed a bit compressed, there wasn't enough width to the upper hull. and the hull was to shiny, i know that the TOS one was 'bad' cg and thats why it looked like it did, but that is the look that you look for. just paint it, and clean up some the filling, making it more smooth and bland. lol

agreed, no matter how good the CGI may be that doesn't change the fact that they are tampering in realms in which they should not play.
