I installed the new patch release after finally finding a reasonably priced copy of Armada 2.  However, in an attempt to rekindle what I loved in the original, I grabbed Tic Tac Toe, the good version, for A2.  However, I know where the .bzn goes, but not where the .bmp and .txt files go.  So, I need help placing the files in the correct place.

Now on to the patch... It rocks.  I have Vista and have already played two games.  I got my butt stomped, but I was able to play.  BTW, how do you turn on gridlines?

Excellent job DC!

Thanks for the help.

Alt + G works on the non-modified version of A2, it does not seem to work after installing the two patches.  I installed the official and then the one DC released.  I am not saying it is either patches fault, I am just saying it is not working.  I really need gridlines.

After further exploration, hitting Alt + G causes verticle lines showing distance above or below what should be the horizontal grid.

No such luck.  I tried it over and over giving time incase of delays.  It hates me.

Oh ya, I also used that upgrade, the one what updates the startup screen and some sprites and songs.  It does not seem to alter with grids.

I think I figured it out.  They must be installed in this order.  Duh, I guess.

Armada 2 Project
Armada Patch 1.1
Armada Patch 1.2.0

I installed the project one last the first time.  I am not sure why it would matter.  It could have also been a fluke.  All is well now.  If it seems to disable grids again, I will let you know.

Thanks for humoring me, sorry if I wasted your time.
