Hi there, I just joined after finding the mod.
I'm having trouble installing it and the instructions on the main page are pretty confusing to be honest.
I know it doesn't work on Vista but I don't know what i'm supposed to do first to get it to work.
Are we supposed to unzip "installed.zip" instead of PR3, then do the patch and it should work?
Every time I try to run the PR3 install I get an issue during decoding with one of the Borg sound files. Error says the file's already in use for some reason.
I didn't see that in the previous posts, is it one of the listed problems?

just download installed .zip and unzip to your desktop (or where ever) and launch fleetops,exe.  |
