I have just got a Macbook pro and I got maya, and cenama 4d, what would be the best apilaction thats mac compatible for making 3d ships like the ones seen in fleetops?

the only applications i know of with armada sod file plugin are 3d studio max and milkshape and both are windows only.
i think both applications - maya and cinema 4d are quite decent to create anything you'd like. whatever program you use - a lot of experience is required - and the quality of your models will grow with it.

Thank you doca cola! I am gona go to lynda.com/ and learn it for $20. If I can basted on thare help I will take a class in maya. Do check out lynda.com/ they are a real resores.
