does the game install over your original Armada II and replaces it?
I'm new to this and was just wondering

no u need to put ur a2 cd in than use the fleet ops installer, and it will make a new game. note most mods u have to isnmtal over top.

Is team color used during the multiplayer?

disable team colors is a optional feature included in beta 2. in beta 1.1 all vessels have team colors

Mark asked me if we want to receive a copy of the mag, he hasn't responded since i replied him to that...but from what i heard there will be no other armada mods on the cd

beta 1.1 is a great mod.
the map lighting is just a little too dark below the horizon but i can get use to that
but is the AI supposed to build 5 or 6 outpost and then build 10 defense platforms around them?
