My all time favorite was TNG: Vendetta it has the Borg versus the Planet Killer from the TOS! It was an awesome book.

Is there any TNG or DS9 book that involves Romulans or Borg?

Yep, The Romulan Prize is one of my favorites, and I know there are several other TNG books with the Romulans and the Borg. Oh, and a topic is not dead 'till a staff member closes it.

My favourites would be "Maximum Warp" by Dave Galanter and Greg Brodeur. Best ST books I've come in contact with so far. I find it fascinating how a book can have the original TNG atmosphere and not be in contradiction with the rest of ST and still be really entertaining, while the ST TV series themselves fail at the same points.
