Just a little question here, how did you get rid of the 3d dimension in a2 and make it more like a1?

well, with a bit cheating ;-) there is still a 3rd dimension but its maximum values are near 0

i sometimes see the 3d guidelines every now and again i tried to make them go down did not work though!

hehe kinda guessed that, what i really wanted to know was HOW you did......so i can use it in my mod  Smiley

hehe, just take a look through the fleetops files, i am sure u will find it Smiley, infact the 3rd dimension is not entirely gone in fleetops. you can send ships also in height, but only minimal

i noticed when playing the ships might go other or under another ship to go passed

cool found it  cool  i surpised more people havent done it i think it really helps the gameplay seem more STA1 ish (which is a good thing)

i think the only problem with fleet ops which is sorted out on the first game is it zommed right in so u can see some twat on the toilet and when i only had a two button mouse it was really hard but now it's perfect
