well tbh thats not really true as long as u have a midrange CPu around the 2ghz mark and a decent 1gb ram and then a really good graphics card everything is ok

but it really does have to be all 3 that are ok u cant have a bit of one thats **** or it will be rubbish

Like Doca, said, most games can't use more than core yet.

Besides, I've known the quad-cores were coming to the consumer line.  Won't stop me from getting a Intel Core 2 Dual for my next system.  LOL

Servers already have 8 core cpus.  So in the next few years, expect those to come to the consumer line up as well.   Cheesy

good choice with the Core2Duo i have one an d i cant wait to test it on supreme commander which does use both cores Wink
