idd, and im PRETTY sure that i could walk into someones house and try to steal all their stuff... because im... 99% sure that first time offenders for stealing r let off/free

yup prisons are soo full ur prob just get a slap on the wrist or worse comes to worse, so called community service...

hell some guy ran a mans wife over, he was tlaking on his mobile and drivign so didnt see her... guess how long he got....

ok i'll tell you, a 300 pound fine and a 6 month ban from driving.... thats all her life was worth....nuff said
