Just a little sneak preview on what to expect when the new site is going up. it's partly incomplete but i'll show you anyway. here are two 75% resized screenshots:

the main site. that's what you will see when you just entered fleetops.net. in future you will see next to the recent topics also a list with recent news. also some kind of 'promo' screenshot and direct download link will be here. it is based on the open source joomla content management system - unlike the current interface i put together myself back 3 years ago

the new forum - of course the categories are missing yet. it better integrates with the rest of the site (as you may have noticed on the first screenshot).

of course that's not all of the new site, most categories are done yet. you can directly jump to our new teamspeak server from the main site (this one has a new adress, not the one i posted in the news about month ago - i think it's down anyway). also for mappers a category for easily uploading their maps plus these maps can now be more easy downloaded by site visitors too Wink

we are working on a bigger feature interesting for online players too - and no, not the tournament site Wink

Wow very nice! Smiley

And yes getting the schemes and feel of both the forum and the portal is indeed difficult, but nonetheless Doca Cola has accomplished that difficult task!  Cheesy

Doca did you set up the forums as a subdomain or as a sub folder?

nonsense you just wanna keep your +2.000 post to show off how cool you are Wink
On Topic: Hmm i don't really mind if you kill all the posts (should be easier for you, since you don't need to migrate the mySQL data from one DB to the other;

The only thing i would request is, that you keep all the users+their profiles; i don't want to register at yet another forum Ty in advance
