they would most like recieve a similar bonus, seeing as how it is unlikely that the borg would abandon the borgs "perfect designs" in favour of another races stuff. capturing ships may just yeild a slightly enhanced version of it, but capturing a station might open completely new doors  . eg: borg captures enemy research station = hybrid research available to outfit new & existing ships/stations. Shipyard = hybrid designs. thats how i imagine it
