Yep, you may build all the mixed-tech yards you can get as long as you either manage to capture a constructor or a friendly ally sends you a tech cargo of each race  |

do the captured conships still build starbases(a hybrid 1 or not) or just build an experimental yard? then a fed conship wud give a repair ship to other races from a starbase another thing i can't wait to find out - what borg ship gets cloak? |

A great idea indeed...
Although i really liked capturing others (as a Romulan),
but i really miss Transport Attack with other races (Klingons, Feds).
Any way to make it easier to capture for others?
And more important, how soon for a new release?
