As far as i know there is no official release date for FO V3 Final and depending on PROJECT PROGRESS i have to say i dont think it will be finished before New Year.  Sad

Wow...I completely forgot about this bit of info, i must not have properly taken it in the first time lol!  Erg I can't wait!  So, assuming each race gets a unique ship/ability through capturing another race's tech, that makes four per race! (Assuming they don't get anything from capturing their own tech Tongue .)

i dont think that would be possible since their own units (same race but enemy) would already be covered by their own tech tree.
